Activity Type 170 – Lecture/Seminar/Webinar/Teleseminar
Please log all sessions completed at this conference as separate Activity Log entries, complete with session title. You may request X CPEUs for each session attended, where X is equivalent to the number of contact hours you spent viewing the session. (For example, a 2-hour session would be eligible for 2 CPEUs).
Activity Type 130 – Exhibits
Please evaluate the cumulative number of contact hoursyou spent viewing exhibits during your conference. You may claim 'X' CPEUs for time spent viewing exhibits, where X is equivalent to this cumulativenumber of hours. Please note, there is a maximum of 15 CPEUs that can be claimed during your 5-year recertification cycle.
Activity Type 180 – Posters
Please evaluate the cumulative number of contact hours you spent viewing poster sessions during your conference. You may claim 'X' CPEUs for time spent viewing poster sessions, where X is equivalent to this cumulative number of hours. Please note, there is a maximum of 15 CPEUs that can be claimed during your 5-year recertification cycle.
