To obtain online registration verification, click here to access the online registration status verification system. To use the online verification system, you would need to enter the CDR issued registration identification number and the credentialed practitioner's primary state of residence. You can also send an email to cdrverify@eatright.org. If possible, please include the practitioner's name and CDR issued registration identification number.
Employers should click here to access the online organization verification system. The organization must complete an application process which will be reviewed and approved by CDR within 72 hours of submission. The process to use this online system will require the organization to enter a list of practitioners' identification numbers.
