Exam Preparation

All exam candidates are required to review the Handbook for Candidates before making
their testing appointment. The handbook contains important information
regarding scheduling procedures, examination content, and reporting of results.  

The Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) publishes the Study Guide for the
Registration Examination for Dietitians. Study Guides for the RD and DTR exams
can be purchased from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ online store. For more
